Leadership is how a leader solves problems and acts while they are managing, motivating, and directing other people as well as how they make plans. Democratic Leaders

This type of leader makes decisions after asking the team members for their opinions. Everyone has a vote in the directions of the project, even though the leader makes the final decision. This style is effective because it engages all of the members of the team.

Autocratic Leaders

This type of leader makes decisions and doesn’t ask the team for input. They tell everyone what to do, and the employees are expected to do it without asking any questions. This is one of the least effective styles because it alienates employees and they lose motivation quickly.

Laissez-Faire Leaders

This is an unobtrusive style of leadership. These leaders let the employees do things the way they do it, and they don’t interfere. They might not make policies or set deadlines. This can empower employees, but it can interfere with the ability of the company to move in a direction.

Strategic Leaders

This type of leader balances the operations and growth of the company and makes sure that work conditions are good for employees. It supports a range of employees, and it can be somewhat effective. However, it is difficult because they might try to please too many people, which is rarely possible and can end in conflict.

Transformational Leaders

This type of leader is constantly working to improve the conventions of the company. They push employees out of their comfort zones, and they help employees set goals. Over time, the goals become bigger, and the leader pushes people to reach further. This type of leader works well when a company is growing because it helps employees learn what they can do. However, it can frustrate some employees if the leader isn’t thoughtful.
